Resident Satisfaction Survey:

We invite you to provide a rating and comments on our services at Pioneer Ridge. If you are a family member we ask that you assist the resident in completing this survey. If you feel the resident is incapable of rendering an opinion, you are welcome to complete it on behalf of the resident (please indicate that you are a family member on the survey).

Complete the Resident Satisfaction Survey online. All individual responses will be anonymous. A summary of the results will be posted in the Home. Thank you for your feedback.

Pioneer Ridge - Family & Caregiver Satisfaction Survey

As part of our goal of engagement with our residents and the people who help us with caring for those residents, and with an eye toward continuous quality improvement. This survey tool allows family members and caregivers to give their input about Pioneer Ridge, and help us to maintain our premier status in long-term care. For this survey, "family member" refers to the resident you care for. Please answer questions for only yourself. Do not include opinions or experiences of the resident or other family members.

Pioneer Ridge is implementing best practices which focus on supporting families during life events. We want to improve the support we offer families as we know that in your roles, you may be faced with difficult life events and we need your input.

Nursing Resident Care Survey:

We are committed to providing quality care for our residents. It is with your input and assistance that we identify areas where we are doing well and other areas where we may need to improve. Please provide your feedback.

4C's Customer Feedback Form:

Pioneer Ridge is always striving for continuous quality improvement in everything we do. A way for you (the resident, family member, friend or other interested party) to communicate feedback to our team is by completing our 4C's Customer Feedback Form. Our 4C’s reflect Complaints, Congratulations, Concerns and Changes. We honour and accept both positive feedback and constructive suggestions to improve our facility and services. Our Administrator and our Team value your contribution and all submissions will be processed, acted on, and responded to (if desired) within 10 days of receiving the form. All feedback is copied to the Administrator Lee Mesic.
