Neighbor who became my best freind

Well I would like to talk about my first neighbor when I moved to thunderbay, Dale is a finishing carpenter married who has 2 kids, I met him the first day I moved in 5 years ago, I knew nobody in thunder bay being that we were close to the same at the time 35, I figured we could have beer and chat always good to get along with your neighbor, over the next 4 years he ended up being one of the most reliable and honest people I have ever met, he would take the shirt off his back for you, he always kept me motivated and told me to keep working hard at what I'm doing, I told him about my previous experiences and how my wife and I have had a real tough go and we were starting again in thunder bay, well long story short my best bud and neighbor moved out of town 30 min and I figured we would drift apart but he continued to be such a great supporter of my wife and I, honestly we are doing great here I thunder bay and love this city with all of our hearts and without great people like my neighbor I dont know where I would be today.
