  • Employee Exit Interview Survey

    We have received your resignation from the Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay. While we are sad to see you leave, we respect that your decision was carefully thought through. 

    Your input is valuable to us. As part of your exit process, we would greatly appreciate it if you would complete this survey. Your feedback is important, as it will help shape the future of our work environments and employee programs. 

    All data received will be reviewed on a regular basis and shared with senior management, which will be used to inform change within our organization. The information you provide is anonymous, unless you specifically provide your name and/or request for a follow-up call from a Corporate representative.
