Citizen Satisfaction Survey Results

Results from the Citizen Satisfaction Survey (telephone survey & online survey) will be used to help guide the City's next Strategic Plan.This Plan will guide us for the next four years. Thank you for your feedback. Your opinion matters.


About the Survey

Every few years the City of Thunder Bay engages public opinion specialist Ipsos to conduct a Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Ipsos conducted random telephone calls to 500 citizens from April 1 - 14, to build a statistically valid survey report based on a sampling of Thunder Bay citizens.

Additionally, we invited all citizens to get involved and have your say by completing our Online Citizen Satisfaction Survey April 7 - 23.

The Citizen Satisfaction Survey will help shape the future of our City. Your feedback will help us build the City’s next Strategic Plan that guides the direction for the next four years. What do you think the focus should be? This was an opportunity to share your thoughts on important community issues.
