Background & Next Steps:

The police services facility on Balmoral street is reaching the point in its service life where many systems and building elements require significant upgrade or replacement. The City has hired FormStudio Architects to conduct a needs assessment of the building to review possible options for upgrading, renovation/addition, or replacement.

The results of this study were presented to City Council and the Thunder Bay Police Services Board for consideration.
