Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2026

The City of Thunder Bay is wants your feedback regarding the implementation of the current 2024-2029 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan.

The plan, created by the Accessibility Advisory Committee, looks at potential accessibility issues and determines the best response to possible barriers.

Accessibility is comprised of many categories including accessible physical design (e.g., curbs and sidewalks), and accessible customer service for all people. This survey looks at these areas along with possible concerns for the upcoming Municipal Election.

The survey will remain open until June 22, 2026.

Paper copies of the survey are available at the 55 Plus Centre, all Public Libraries and at the City Hall Clerks desk.
