    Employee Survey: Building the Steps of Our New Strategic Plan

    We need your input – share your unique insight and ideas to help create the city we want for the future.

    We’re excited to offer prize draws to survey participants for your time and thoughtful comments. You could win $150 to the Caribou, $100 to Bight, or one of our many Tim Hortons gift cards! 

    The Plan
    The City’s new Strategic Plan guides our direction for the next five years. City Council’s Plan was developed through in-depth research and guided by community needs to improve our community’s quality of life. We are now developing an action plan and your input is key. You can view the Strategic Plan online at www.thunderbay.ca/StratPlan. 

    Responses are anonymous unless you choose to include your contact information for the draw prizes. Employee feedback will be used in our upcoming action planning workshops where the Strategic Plan Actions will be discussed and finalized.
