4. I may choose not to respond to any questions
5. I can withdraw from the study at any time before the questionnaire is submitted
6. My organization and I will remain confidential
7. The data will be securely stored for 7 years, after which time it will be destroyed
8. The research findings will be made available to my organization in the form of a report and also available to the Community Safety & Well-Being's Anti-Racism Action Table - Diversity Thunder Bay. The report findings may also be made public using community outreach, social media outreach, word of mouth and by providing the link to anyone else we believe should be signatories to the Accord presentations locally, at academic conferences and through academic peer-reviewed articles
