What is the status of the City’s previous Zoning By-law 100-2010 now that a new By-law has been passed?
Zoning By-law 100-2010 will remain in force and effect until the appeal period for the new Zoning By-law has expired (May 3, 2022). Any Planning or building permit applications submitted between April 11, 2022 and May 3, 2022 must comply with the regulations of both By-laws.
