Jeff will act as the Project Manager and will be responsible for managing the consultant team and acting as the main point of contact in order to ensure smooth communication with the Client. 

For almost 20 years Jeff has practised community planning in Winnipeg with a specialization in downtown and neighbourhood revitalization, strategic planning, zoning by-law reviews and public engagement. Jeff has provided development and master planning services within several public organizations including the Forks Renewal Corporation, CentreVenture Development Corporation (the City of Winnipeg’s downtown development agency), and the University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation to build new housing, rehabilitate old buildings, and create opportunities for economic development.
