Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is hosted online through Zencity. Residents are invited to complete the survey and share your satisfaction levels with the City.

It will also run online through targeted advertising to reach the citizens of Thunder Bay so all voices are heard.

Results from the survey help administration monitor and understand local priorities and concern on a wide range of City services while assessing the local quality of life.

The citizen satisfaction survey touches on areas including housing, transportation, recreation, and public safety. The survey is one of our key performance indicators that we will use to monitor and track progress of our Strategic Plan.
