The Open House will be set up through multiple presentation boards around the room for a walk-through experience. City staff from various Departments will be available to answer questions and receive comments. An audio and video presentation will also be playing to provide additional background information about the project. 

The Central Avenue Development Lands provide a unique opportunity to plan and develop a new community and neighborhood, and the City would like your ideas, input, and feedback on:

• What makes a vibrant, safe and inclusive neighbourhood?
• Where should new streets, sidewalks, trails and urban services be located?
• What types of land use should be included and where could these be located in the neighbourhood?
• What types of public park amenities could be included and where should they be located? 

 This Open House is the first step in multiple public engagement opportunities.
